We will be taking all safety measures to uphold a sanitary environment for all involved. *Face coverings and temperature checks will be required for entry and participation*
You MUST submit payment to finalize your spot as a vendor!
ALL FOOD, SNACK & DRINK VENDORS SELLING/SAMPLING ITEMS THAT PEOPLE CAN EAT/DRINK ON-SITE MUST HAVE:
- + FOOD TRUCKS/TRAILERS MUST BE SELF-CONTAINED vehicles (not requiring water source) & NOT A concession trailer (electricity can be rented)
- + A POS (Point of Sales) SYSTEM to provide an official gross sales report, you cannot just provide the sales amount made
- + Certificate of Insurance for a value of $1million, you must add "NC State Fair 4285 Trinity Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607" as ADDITIONALLY INSURED & listed as a certificate holder
- + Home-based treat maker certification from the Dept. of Agriculture (for snack/drink vendors) OR Current Health Dept. inspection (for food trucks/caterers)
