Snack/Dessert Vendor Slot (July 2022)

This is the snack/dessert business vendor slot for our upcoming Small Business Takeover Expo at the NC State fair- Expo Building. You can sign up as a vendor for 1, several, or all event  days. It's VERY IMPORTANT TO READ EVERYTHING in detail before selecting add-on options and making selections. 

The flat-rate vendor fee covers: Up to 4 vendor wrist bands for your team, a 10'x10' space with pipe and drape in the building or a space out front by the entrance of the building in the food truck area outside. 

To use this vendor slot option, your business must provide the following. ALL SNACK/DESSERT VENDORS SELLING ITEMS THAT PEOPLE CAN EAT/DRINK ON-SITE MUST HAVE:

-Home based treat maker certification from the Dept. of Agriculture (for snack/drink vendors)

-Certificate of Insurance for a value of $1million, you must add

"NC State Fair 4285 Trinity Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607"

as ADDITIONALLY INSURED & listed as a certificate holder

- Must also have A POS (Point of Sales) SYSTEM to provide official gross sales report from the event date participated (Failure to provide this will prevent business from participating in future events)

OR Current Health Dept. inspection 

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Failure to provide these required documents will result in cancellation. If a snack/dessert vendor has to be cancelled due to not providing proper required documents, there is a $50 cancellation fee.

You must provide your gross sales within 24 hours of the event date!
