EARLY SETUP ACCESS will allow you to come in to set-up your booth space the day before the business is scheduled to vend. Business vendor will receive all items during normal check-in (booth number, vendor wristbands, booth setup prepared). This also prevents you from needing to check-in the day of the event. Those with early set-up access STILL have arrive in the building on the day of the event by the regular check-in cutoff time: 10:30am.
This is the ONLY way to check-in and address things regarding a business vendor space PRIOR to the designated normal check in hours.
November Event Setup
Wednesday setup hours are from 6pm-10pm (Early setup check-in closes at 8:30pm)
Friday/Saturday setup hours are from 8pm-11pm (Early setup check-in closes at 9:30pm)
Cutoff times for early check-in will end promptly as scheduled! NO EXCEPTIONS!
April/July Event Setup

The Early Set-up fee is non-refundable or non-transferrable.
